The pros and cons between brands is how many strands, how thick the jacket is, how flexible it is, OFC vs. CCA, etc.

Many different categories, but depending on how much power you're running you can sort of go from there. Honestly, if you plan on really upgrading big in the future you might as well dish out some cash for a solid electrical foundation that you can just continue to use with any future upgrades instead of having to switch out your wiring every time you rebuild. Sky High wire is really good wire though so I'm voting a +1 for that, super thick yet still stupidly flexible lol. Price isn't too bad either.

I have both some Knu Konceptz and SCHA, both seem about the same as for as real wire go and the jacket on the SHCA is thicker. Price is better for the SCHA though

I agree with the above statement.

I haven't tried SHCA yet but I see the wire and it looks like good wire to me and as stated above if you go lookup Xplicit Audio who is a dealer for SHCA they have great prices for the wire in more sizes than just the 1/0. I have used many different brands and out of the ones I have used which range from welding 1/0 and different brands of CCA vote for Audio Technix. I will try and get some pictures of many different wire brands I have used but here's one for reference between my so far two favorite brands of CCA 1/0 that I have used thus far:

The red on the left is Audio Technix 1/0 CCA and the blue 1/0 is Cadence.

I have gone through other brands 1/0 CCA wire and these two have been the best overall both in quality and flexibility.

The others I have used are Audiopipe, Tsunami, Diyma (which is oversized 1/0 but has as much strands as 2/0 and is rated for the same as 2/0) and the 1/0 welding wire I mentioned earlier.

Forgot to add that welding cable is a pretty good one too. My thinking is if I can get welding 1/0 for $2 a foot then why not put it in the places where I can have multiple runs like battery to battery. You can buy twice as much of it for the same price as some other brands of 1/0 but end up being better off. That being said, those connection where you can only have 1 run (such as an amp's pos and neg terminals) I prefer to use the oversized 1/0 Sky High wire.

Sky highs only real con that I've noticed is it giant as hell meaning you may need need an adapter but thats also a huge pro b/c bigger wire = moar power
