mids sound god awful

Try installing them in the doors without the pods and see how they sound compared to being in the pods as they were designed for infinite baffle door installs.

That will be tough. Have you seen my doors?

i'd say just set the filters on the amp, never know if there's any weird set up of the amp where no matter the setting you're still filtering the sound somehow. or you could just turn it to high pass and open the filter all the way up and use the Head unit, but you might get some time alignment issues.

I'm having a similar issue with my mids, mine are just completely gutless down low

You could use a spade bit and drill a series of holes and vent them into the door panel. No need to rebuild em' They came out like pure sex.

Then again I wouldn't run my mid range that high. Cut at like 100/125 - like 800. No?

Tweeters or a 3" will pick ho at 1k to 3k, then tweets only at 3k ish and up....

Or am I high?

1k, isn't mid range. Is it?

I have my nendo mids playing 100-4500hz

how far are they moving, they will sound distorted if they play too much bass.
