I think he just did a couple burp and sealed tests to please the numbers people. If you get a spare 30 seconds i highly recommend looking at the couple build pics of that car. Atleast i truly enjoyed seeing what could be done when you have TONS more skill then i do. But i feel that way for a ton of builds. I like watching what people with skills and money do to their cars. It didn't seem 153 loud but it was around that 152-153 area. I don't think anyone has answered your question but its because the 21 has to have a composite cone and cap because of the size and as you know carbon is expensive. On another side note the caps don't cover the entire speaker on the 12 unless you get the 8" cap they make a 6.5" cap which is supposed to go on the 12 but people are probably trying to save money by just getting the cap no carbon cone so DD puts a bigger cap I'm guessing, but I receive my 9912' SC tomorrow with both carbon cap and cone I'll post pics as soon as I receive them.
