Anyone heard from fi?

My friend ordered a team 18 a a couple weeks ago and hasn't heard back either. Fi makes kick ass drivers but they do take forever. Any work I'm doing for someone where I'm charging money I almost always will recommend a company that has better cs. Dc for example. But fi subs are almost always well worth the wait

750??! Yeah, fuck that. Fuck this website, fuck SMD, fuck Steve, fuck all of his butt buddy mods, and their couches.

When I ordered my SP4's everyone said it could take up to 8 weeks cause I ordered mine right after SBN. It ended up taking 6 or 7 weeks. I went in knowing it was gonna be a while so I knew not to get excited till they showed up. Those guys are real busy and they do everything in house.

I ordered my 2 SP4's a month ago. I waited the 15 business days. And after my order I was told that I would be contacted if it took any longer than that.

After that time I emailed them politely asking about the status of my order.

I still have yet to hear from them.

Yes, I know they're busy, but when I blow $1300 I expect at least a bit of communication.

Yo send me a message with your order number man and I will check on it for you. I have to go over there today and check on something for a Team member

PM sent bro. Thanks a million.

You want faster buy a china sub.

Even machining a motor from raw metal shouldn't take a month.

Lets see you do it.....

Waited 9 weeks for mine... would have waited more........

Ill admit, the back and forth could be improved. But, the quality of product, cant......

This will be my company of choice no matter the wait... from what I've researched its worth the time... plus I wont be able to fund my amp until 2 months after while I'm building my door pods and running wires haha... long story short, try to find other things, stay busy and try not to think about the wait because you will be happy and forget it ALL when you get them LOL :drink40:
