It could be cloudflare seeing it as a DDOS type activity and they do it to slow the attack down. By forcing you to try a live version it also can then discriminate against a ddos cannon type program and the site wont be affected since its being redirected to a cloudflare dead page basically. just the info sec nerd in me. I tried to replicate it by opening multiple threads in multiple tabs as fast as possible along with refreshing rapidly with no issues..
