If you insist on switching to a 15 I'd go with the x15 or the BL15. slowfkncar Posted October 14, 2013 Report Posted October 14, 2013 How about asendent audio chaos two 12"s? You are most likely to loose output switching from two 12's to one 15". Build a new enclosure and tune it lower! If your trying to stay within 1500-2000rms I would go with two AA chaos if your planning on upgrading to get louder.

D-train-13k Posted October 14, 2013 Report Posted October 14, 2013 ive heard 8's that play lows lol.. its not about the size of the sub.. box design needs to be reevaluated. getting a 15 over 2 12's to try and play lows is a waste of money imo Edit: btw my two 12's dc level 3m1 were peaking at 33 hz doing 45's they played all the way down to 26hz with ease. And you dont need a reinforced surround on a level 3, doesnt make it any louder and im betting you are not throwing 3k or more to it. REinforced surround is better with lows, not reinforced is better with high's who gave you this information? the surround doesnt produce any sound, the cone movement does....
