Looks interesting , A 4th order flat horizontal design utilizing the vehicle's shell(re-enforced) could work as well. A simple ported encloser with (4) LvL 5's should produce 160 even with one of the DC Audio amps.

anyway, i think i have hurt my brain trying to figure out how to make this work. I don't think i have the room to do some of the stuff i wanted to try. Just not enough room for a bandpass. Might end up just being ported and a lot of power. At least it will be to the B-Pillar.

I ripped almost everything out of the car other then the carpet (that's next) and tinted the rear windows. I cut a few pieces of wood and have been mocking up my options but i haven't decided exactly what i am doing yet. Ill figure something out and post pics once i REALLY get going. Plus, i think i hurt left wrist and my right forearm moving the woofers around today. Those things are little beasts

i wanted to get fancier then that with the BP box but i don't think i have the room for it....so more then likely we are talking ported with a driver side ported box. This is just a warm up to when i start the van and i already CANT WAIT - because working in this little tercel SUCKS. I need elbow room

LOL I know the feeling, I left my Lvl 6's at the shop while I was getting my build ready and it seemed like once a week I had to move the damn things for something. Eventually just left them strapped to the handtrucks. LOL

Whats your airspace? you might be able to just ekk a 4th order in. placing amps batters etc would be difficult though

amps and batts in the trunk. I got the airspace thing under control. If there is room, its gonna be BARELY and not quite what it needs to be. BP boxes are tricky and if i spend a month building this box, im gonna be upset if it sounds like shit and doesnt make BASS. I probably also have a better chance of building a BP if i do a center port, but a driver port will do a bigger number (usually). Even though that center port is VIOLENT.....its not ruled out, but not my first option. Ill eventually settle on a plan soon but it might take a while to decide.
