The only way to delete your SMD account is for you crawl to steve meades door step on your knees and pleade for his forgiveness and acceptance to be released...He will either grant your wishes.....or choke you with a large piece of 0 gauge and electrocute you by hooking up a solid gold DC 12k at 0.000001 ohm and 10000 volts to your eye sockets and blow your head apart

You guys act like you have never clogged a toilet and ran around the bathroom frantically hoping it don't overflow.

Can't wait til this get's hook up! Hey Steve, if you need more room under the car or free up some weight, you can drop the factory gas tank, and install a half gallon (or less) under the hood of the car and run an inline fuel pump, like some of the drag cars use.

Worked on the battery rack a little bit. Its welded in critical spots and just tacked in other spots (for now). Once i am 100% sure its going to work, i will get busy and lay some final welds down everywhere else. Anyway, here is just a few pics of where i am at.

I got the depth i was looking for, about 8"......but decided to make a flange for the top. This way it has something to support it. Once this is done i weld it into the car, skin it with sheet metal and water proof it. Then the batts go in and i can start buss bars and some wiring.

Think you work the exact opposite most of us do, where we start out wanting to do Meade work on everything and by the end of the job we just want the damned thing done. Looking forward to the rest of the OCD that's sure to come. Edited by philrab
