Did the Goatee thing in about a half dozen shapes throughout my 30s and now that I'm in my mid 40s, my hair stopped growing on my head and started growing out my ears.... and I'm sure my beard would be mostly gray so NO. Imma keep shaving. Plus... my "bitches" don't like hair rubbing around where they they take the time to stay clean shaven for me.
