With that said I keep hearing obsidian is made by one of the owners of sundown and there hands down awesome subs. Ive been searching for the best affordable subs I can find and everytime I bring up obsidian I hear positive feedback. For my list of subs im coming up with from top dawg down.... 1) sundown / dc audio 2) obsidion 3) re sex and alpine swr also mb quart wm304 4) soundqubed and skar

Their SEx line, just doesn't seem built as well. My understanding is that this is because the brand downhill when their owner/ CEO left and formed PSI and fixmyspeaker. I'm satisfied with Addictive Audio as well, but pricing isn't quite what I can get a comparable Sundown for, so I don't think they'll be your best option.
