twisted1 Posted January 1, 2014 Author Report Posted January 1, 2014 Yeah I called 911 at 12:11 an they came 10-15mins later. I called mom at 1ish asking for a ride to my house. When the cop showed up the rounds started poppings. He called more cops to stop traffic which slowed fire trucks down. Like I said earlier once the fire touched roof it went up like a match am dripped little plastic fire balls. 2 mins truck was blaze so bbig it was burning grass 20 feet around. When gas tank lit it burned grass 50 feet like a flame thrower. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will pay for some of my tools an some mods like lift kit an tvs an navigation I had 09 mustang gt

At this point, I would have in mind that I'm finding another insurance company. I hope its not allstate! I have them. I hit a cone on the freeway that caused 2k in damage. They tried to blame me, but it was the cone or maybe some lives if I swerved into another lane. Insurance companies are frauds and thief's. You need to be aggressive and really fight for your stuff, and not just take the shaft. Don't go car shopping UNTIL you get settled. Most companies will cover additional stuff. I had everything insured on my old el camino from the rims to the turbocharger. Allstate has been good, besides the cone incident, but thats history. Good luck man, that fucking sucks bad. I would be crying right now. New Year will bring you something special for your loss bro!!

I think if i had one i probably could of saved truck Yeah, evey since my remote wire caused a small fire in my truck I've had one. My wife and kids were in the car when it happened. Fortunately the fire stayed under my back seat. This is so fucked up.

My truck has been paid off for past 3 years, so dunno why they so worried about that. She told me she need to see how fast I called 911, an I called as soon as I saw smoke. Any body that had a phone would of done that or at least got phone from bystanders. anyway just wanna thank yall for all the help an kind words. Especially with all the audio gear. They will look to find anyway to blame you for the fire. I really hope this is not Geico cause I switched to them just because they said they would cover all my stuff up to the amount I specified as long as I had receipts for it all.
