SIDE SHOW Posted June 10, 2015 Report Posted June 10, 2015 They build the engines for high revs.... skill involved in driving in a straight line vs doing a skid and keeping it on the pad. I think most of the guys that build those beasts for the burnouts are just addicted to the adrenalin rush they get from it. some people like to drive fast and beat numbers other people like to impress a crowd ect.

im45pl Posted June 10, 2015 Report Posted June 10, 2015 as I said a while ago, half the fun is the sound of the motors bouncing off the limiter and watching guys just have a complete zero fucks given approach.. it has nothing to with safety, and probably half of the guys actually use throttle control to keep the motors off the limiter as well... they don't really build them to destroy them but its part of the risk... like any form of motorsport really... same as db drag always pushing gear to the limit TEAM DC AUSTRALIA My_Build_Log
