We brainstormed, and came up with something that is pretty badass. You get awesome coverage per amount, CURES in 5min, is extremely tough, but not brittle. Put it this way, my forklift couldn't scratch this stuff when we put it on the floor. It will expand with the wood, yet remain impenetrable. It has the consistency of water. However, being based off of an expensive existing product, it's about $350/gal. However, that would do about 40 average 5cf enclosures. This makes it cheaper per enclosure than most anything.
