Larger window thicker plexi. Amart88 Posted February 21, 2014 Report Posted February 21, 2014 Here's my small plexi window. 3/4" thick. No gasket, just predrilled and screwed by hand. Trim piece was put snugly over it. My 2005 s10 blazer build. 4 zcon 18's walled.
