Nick580
Jump on the Zv4's while you have the chance. You have obviously already heard them at the competition and I assume that you liked the way they sounded in their vehicle. This also saves you time and effort building an enclosure (assuming it fits in whatever vehicle you have). You do have a Sundown 1500.1 so its not like they aren't going to move. you will save money buying the subs and box alone because roughly $600 a piece/ Zv4 + time, planning, materials, craftsmanship that goes into making a box... I feel like get the subs, run it off of temporary power that already works with the electrical you have and, as time progresses, build on electrical and buy another/ new amp.

Thanks for all the help guys, I'm gonna ask them to hold the Zv4's with the enclosure for me. I'll get some pics of the enclosure which is perfect for my car. It's firing up with a rear port and it fits freakin perfectly. They were running it off 2 M3b's for the Midwest SPL and they pushed a 150.9 when i was there. 1 Quote Welcome to my sig My build on my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4: 2 Sundown SA 12's Sundown SAZ 1500d v3 Alpine CDE-HD148BT Hertz 165 Speakers Atrend Carbon Enclosure Stinger SPP925 Battery Sky High 2/0 & 1/0 Power Wire & Big 3 Legal 145.2 dB. How much does it usually cost to build a box by yourself? I know it's around 350+ to have one build for me, because I've never done it before and honestly I don't trust myself to build one. Chris Hammer
Do an x then. Still take more then rate dpower no problem Hell people run 1.5k to SA series subs I wouldnt doubt the x line could take 2.5k or more without a problem. 1 Quote MY BUILD *****http://tinyurl.com/gmcbuild***** Vehicles 2005 GMC Canyon CB1000r - Currently where any future funds are going.
