Set up some razor blades to cut finger tips as they grab aid of the amps get sued for it. Like I saw on the news years ago a guy tried breaking into a house through a sky light feel in a counter and gut cut by a knife then sued. Then there is the guy that fit such in a garage while trying to rob a house and sued because he lived in the garage eating dog food and using the floor as his bathroom.

Stop sky light fall through is from that movie with Jim Carey lier lier

Well then, I guess after so many years for some reason I reemerged it as a news report.

singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.

Mount amp inside your box...then the air your sub pushes acts as a cooling system for the amp as well. Win win and an obvious solution!

I like going with that in my build save some room in trunk lmao

Didn't even think about the space it saves! Triple win! Plus put a plexi window with some LEDs to show off the new amp/sub box cooling combo. Plus since the amp is staying so cool you get like an extra 5-10 db's.

Amp so cold I can put an extra k to the sub wow 160 from a trunk who would of thought

That one may not be true, but the truth is stranger than fiction.

I remember reading once about some crazy guy who shot some people in a subway car. One of the people that got shot (either they did this or their estate did this) sued the manufacturer of the bullets used arguing that the bullets were excessively dangerous.

Catch 22, sue a manufacturer for a weak bullet, and someone else sues because the bullet works too well.

Just remember it when you go to change something lol

Good rule of thump is go by what fuse size is being used in these amps. The higher the more amperage it pulls, this is what I look at.

I'll stick a 300 amp fuse in a potato and sell it to you for $2k.

There are bolts I came across a while back called snake eyes. they look like a pain in the ass to put in but I would think not many people would have the bit for them.....but like others have said, if they want it bad enough. If your just screwing into wood, a prybar/crowbar/clawfoot can make short work of them, and if you use cheap zinc plated screws, the heads can be taken off quick.

Get yourself a 2 way alarm. At least it tells you when it's been tripped.

Something that worked well for me was trunk actuators. i have them wired to a relay switch and motorized in my trunk. of course, a thief can EVENTUALLY get inside my trunk no matter what, but it aint easy. with my viper, bolted down sub box and amp in the steering well............ :roflmao: <------ If somebody actually got my equipment out before i watched them attempt for 30min then made them real familiar with my .38 special... :jon:

If you have your amp floor or trunk mounted(with security screws) you can mount it to a sheet of MDF that you've drilled a countersunk hole in with a large lag bolt going through the floor of your vehicle. However, if they really want it they'll just steal the whole vehicle.
