Then I noticed your ipad actually hooks up to the vehicle and reads all your info and displays all the stuff your cluster normally would. Now I'm like WOW! That's bad ass!! Functional....and classy...not half assey! Thank you, not only clean but 100% functional and this survives the BASS!!!! I am using a Go Point Technology dongle called a BT1 which is no longer made, it connects via bluetooth to the Iphone/Ipad. Now before I was able to locate a BT1 from a buddy of mine, I got on ebay and got a wifi dongle, it works just as well but does have a slight delay. The Bluetooth one I have now is so fast I can't tell a lag between it and my factory cluster when it did work. So search wifi OBD2 on ebay or if you are lucky enough to find a BT1 My plan is to keep the wifi one and use it as a backup incase the BT1 fails. Also ScanTool is coming out with a new and improved one soon in the next few months, that has sleep mode and faster wifi, supposedly as fast as bluetooth so they claim. The BT1 also has sleep mode where it turns itself off after vehicle/ignition is turned off.
