Silverado297 Posted August 19, 2014 Report Posted August 19, 2014 Simple question for somebody that knows about electrical more than I do. - ok I lf I have my battery bank close to my amp, is it better I run a ground to my negative terminal on battery to my amp? Or leave it the way I have it, - a 10" piece from amp term. to the frame of truck ?

morphey86 Posted August 19, 2014 Report Posted August 19, 2014 make sure you have a solid ground from battery to chassis but it will be best to just go to battery if its a short run.
OrionStang Posted August 19, 2014 Report Posted August 19, 2014 Do both. EDIT: Read it wrong. Ground to battery, with the battery grounded to the frame.
