Never get woken up when at home but in San Jose at my girls the whole bed was moving back and forth for a good 10-15 sec. My sister at home said it was Hella strong. The 1 I remember, felt like I was on some serious shit cause was walking with someone and only I noticed that the ac/heater units we had hanging at work were swinging. Then got back to our office in the building and everyone was freaking out so I was sorta relieved haha. But just googled that and supposedly about 1/3 of the country felt it (The one in 2011, happened in VA, a 5. So for those in Cali, I wouldn't expect anything serious or major... I mean, granted what I felt was nowhere near a 5.8 but Cali is pretty resistant to em unless they're major (like 7+) aren't they? Either way, hope everyone is good. No injuries or anything. Lots of other major damage to homes, structures and some minor damage to road ways.
