This site uses IP.Board which is hard to exploit but it is definitely possible. The FBIs website has been exploited many of times by people and that would most likely be the hardest to do. I know there are some people out there to benefit, but taking down somebodies website, service, ect. Is not an okay way about it in my eyes.
