Fuck, and you replaced a fuse? With your bare hands? sure.... Its not like DC can do much... but the spark it let out, YES, i did EYE pop, and jump back..... yes. Meh, enough to scare the shit outta me. the WHITE light it let out... i spotted for sure, and its where i knew something was wrong... Had a similar situation in my car. Luckily it never shorted out. The 1/0 was ran really close to the back seats frame and was rubbing on a corner of the frame.
