Recommended Posts

Is it even possible ? And will it re stick. ?.And how to go about it ? Im about to sell my old truck and there is a shit load of dynamat Extreme in there. Since i have a new build going on i would love to save myself a few bucks by re using some if i could.

If it had good adhesion to begin with it would suck to remove. Especially if it's been in there baking for years and years. I am no expert but even if you got some out which I doubt you would depending on how you applied it it very well wouldn't stick well afterwards anyways.

For me I would never want to remove interior again to attempt to remove it. The way I put mine on also it doesn't come off within seconds of putting it on.

I like your thinking though, this stuff is very expensive and it would cut corners if you could reuse it but I am with the others, buy new, sorry man.

It wont stick as well as fresh stuff, so if you re-use your deadener and it falls off then its pointless to have. i put a sheet of second skin in the wrong place and it didnt stick worth a shit when i peeled it off and rolled it back on.
