That guy probably spent more money on batteries than we do.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

I lost count on all the speed boosters he had hooked up. but most call for 2 D batteries. With the average price of an 8-pack at Wally World being between $10-16 bucks, that's a little chunk of change for sure. But I'm sure he had to do a few retakes here and there.., and there were serveral times that it came close to going off, but didn't. Ahhhh.., childhood memories, only with the old electric race tracks though (was fun to tear the little motors apart and modify them).

Wow, that must have taken forever to put together. Wonder how many takes it took to film it all or if he had 50+ cameras set up.

That was awesome!

Who remembers the tyco slot cars?....damn thing would always spin off the track.....so cool though!

LOL.., That's what I was just remembering.., My brother and I used to have the one with the glow in the dark guard rails. We considered the rails to be cheating since it would keep the car on the track in the turns., so we really never used them. And then having to use a pencil eraser on the contacts and brushes in the motor to get better contact/performance from them. Being a Kid back in the late 70's early 80's was so much fun. Never had all this crap now days like glued to a damn game console or TV. TV was for Sat mornings ONLY.., (unless it was Cpt. Kangaroo.. there was the exception).
