juan777
I heard creamy sriracha helps strengthen the sub and adds upwards of 2-5 dBs Any truth to this? I'm new to car audio and need to find out if putting sriracha sauce on my 12in Kicker Comps in a prefab ported box tuned to 96Hz will make them louder Please let me know ASAP Yes but only when added to the amp too. And don't forget to put polyfill in the port. don't want port noise. Like on top of the amp? Or do I have to apply it to the terminals and take the cover off and put some inside? How much? Does brand matter or are they pretty much the same?I don't mind paying more if it's worth it. My budget is $4.09 My amp is a Boss 18500watt AB monoblock dual channel with gain and bass boost knobs stuck on highest level for max output Normally it would be strictly internal but since it's boss every inch must be covered thoroughly. Your budget is way higher than needed. You may consider buying a second amp to double the power Thanks for all your help. I also decided to place the amp inside one of the port walls for optimal cooling. I will be using ranch dressing to bond it to the particle board wall and toothpicks even though they are not needed because ranch holds so well. A second amp sounds good, but I think I'm gonna get 7 batteries on my stock alternator. When playing full tilt I am seeing as low as 2.4 Volts. I know most people don't get worried till around 1.1 Volts but I just want stout electrical. 6.5 Volt demos for the win. Keith77
Seems like Rolex is bored... Im in for him to bust someones balls today.. Thats cool. Im way too old to be upset by shit like that. Your name is winston. Your own parents hated you even before you were born. My penis is bigger than your penis I'm far from loud and my roof/headliner flaps around like Adam's ass on a windy day. I think it depends more on the structure of the vehicle. CortezDTV
my subs are tuned to pastrami with pickles in the corners held together with Dijon. Some people use toothpicks to hold it together but if you use the right condiments toothpicks are worthless. Stick to a name brands like Subways, Jimmy Johns or even Penn Station or Quiznos. they all use top notch stuff 40 hz and up the rest is wasted information SCSB Santa Cruz Speaker Box Build logs: Daily Driver Lemon Marquis 2 american bass 750.1s 350.4 on 14 focal 6.5s sq 945 on 4 hertz tweeters Mystery subs http://www.stevemead...__fromsearch__1 The Mustang 'dubbed' Shirley the project from bullet holes to badass http://www.stevemead...cond-skin-time/
