I lost a board. I messaged Ampere at 11pm my time..... Got a reply 11mins later. Explained my situation. Was told one would be over night'd to me if i was going to take the turd to AutoRama. Ive chosen not to. Then, i get a TICKET number about 10 minutes later. A address. Put the ticket number on the box somewhere and ship to that address. Ill do the rest. I was like "wtf?" Also, was told, the "most" ive seen spent to R&R that board is XX amount. If its over than, ill cover it. Im going to be with this maker, as long as its in buizness, which, i cant see how cant be forever the way people are taken care of. Just thought id share. This goes a long way in securing future business and if I was ever in the market for anything they sell I'd have to really consider it. When the amp abuser himself (TFade) mentions how much he likes their gear that should say something. I'd have to get my pennies together but the saying you get what you pay for is true here from what I've seen. I have had my up and downs and I know how people want to be treated pretty much the same way I do. I probably spend to much time at customer service at times but heck it is audio and I love it.
