If you want to get on the 160 level, as n8 mentioned you need to up your spending. As OP stated, you can get a hell of a lot better than stock sounding system on the cheap. Everyone decides what to spend on. Some people eat all generic food but run hertz and zed in their car. Some people only buy the best of the best of everything. Some people buy 15 cheap ass horns, spray paint them gold and run that in their car as a system and are happy. It's all relative. We all have varying levels of interest in everything we do. Personally, I buy the cheaper level of most things, but spend a little more on escorts.
