Alex Coyne Posted March 13, 2015 Report Posted March 13, 2015 Looking for a solid amp in the 2,000 to 2,500 watt range Haven't decided on subwoofer yet. Have OFC 0 gauge already in the trunk. Planning on getting a Singer 275 or 320A alternator later this week and plan on doing big three wiring. For battery I will be running a single XS 3400D under the hood (called XS and they said its good for systems in the 2500 watt range). What amps should I be looking at ? I was thinking about buying the soundqubed 2200 amp revision 2 (new revision that just came out) or a Sundown SCV-2000 (sundown amp is a little more expensive but uses a higher quality board)
Broke_Audio_Addict Posted March 13, 2015 Report Posted March 13, 2015 Out of those two the scv-2000. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
audiolamb6 Posted March 13, 2015 Report Posted March 13, 2015 look at ampere ill be puting mine in in the next ouple of weeks but it looks very well built
