of the two options you mentioned I would get that. Hard to clean, you live some where tropical with that picture you posted, I didn't read everything though so not sure where you're from.

I've personally never dealt with any transmission more than a 5spd, but is it true that the 7spd tranny will feel more clunky at times in higher gears (6th / 7th)? I've read since it has an extra gear that it shifts at around 1700 RPM, creating a slower accleration. IDK, i'm still reading. Anyone here drive a 7AT?

I might be leaning more towards this one but it's just black.. I wash my cars / detail / all of the above, but CA is in a drought.. I'm not usiong this as an excuse, but idk how much I'll be able to wash my car if we go into a EMERGENCY WATER SAVING STAGE (idk what it is exactly called) but yeah.

From what I read, the differences between the 2008 model G35 compared to the 2010 model G37 is:

Exterior

1) Front and Rear bumper covers

2) Placement of fog lights in lower grill instead of headlight housing

3) Headlight Housing

4) Grill

5) Rims

6) Side Skirts

7) Sideview Mirrors

Interior (For those who may be curious)

1) Leather seats are slightly different

2) Gauge Cluster AND Needles

3) LCD Screen White in 2010+ instead of Orange

4) Higher resolution Nav Screen on 2010+

5) Center Stack different (Has Chrome accents on 2010+)

6) 2007-2009 has auxilary inputs, 2010+ has USB input

And then the engine change of course from 3.5L --> 3.7L.

If I get the 2008, it's not a total lost as it isn't THAT BIG of an upgrade (besides the transmission / engine) . I'll go look at the black g37 tomorrow. The white G35 is in better condition overall I think too exterior / interior wise.

Quick question guys: If I am going to be buying a used vehicle which has a custom license plate, do I need to pay a fee to get it back to a regular 4 Digit / 3 Letters license plate? And I assume I go to the DMV to handle it?
