It happened to be by a police officer who was pulling someone else over and he neglected to turn his lights on. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

As horrible as this is it's truly amazing how many people came together to celebrate my son's short lived life .
