The number of transistors and large capacitors do not equate to the same as the Power Series either. Wrong number of inductors and wrong windings and I'm sure the ratio of primary to secondary are completely different on the ones that do the same job on either product. Also just because an amp can do rated does not make it a quality amp, there is much more to an amp than how much power it puts out.
