aculous
can't wait to see what you do with it. I saw a jesse james quote today he posted on instagram or some social media, reminded me of what you keep doing. Always workin on something new and moving forward. Props on that, its a hard thing to do anymore. If you start making aluminum chamfer-edged trim rings it wouldn't hurt my feelings

meade916
So about 3 days after i ordered this thing, i contacted my good friend Tim who happens to be an AWESOME electrician. He is the one who wired up my towers directly to the power box a few years ago. I like him because he takes NO shortcuts I got the scissor lift from next door (because AWESOME landlord at the body shop lets me) and we went to town. The job calls for: (2) 3 Phase, 220a (one for the table itself, one for the table suction vacuum) (separate 3 phase switch for vacuum motor) (1) 220 and switch (water pump for liquid cooled router) (1) 120 20a receptacle and switch (dust collector) This thing couldn't be further from the power box! So salute the amazing job Tim Sr. did for me!! thanks man!! Tim Sr. putting it down!! 1 All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! meade916
Ok we got most of the electrical ran but decided to wait until the CNC arrived to finish up. Since we didn't know what exactly we were going to be looking at anyway. today, this showed up... They said "oh ya, most forklifts should be able to handle it". Well ya, this lift can handle the WEIGHT....but it had "short-fork syndrome" This crate was 3,000lbs, 11 or 12 feet long, almost 8 feet wide, 5 feet tall in one spot, 3 feet tall in another...shaped like an L. No way the forklift i had would do it. Forks couldn't make it to the middle part of the pallet... So i went next door to Atlas Shower Door and asked if they had a bigger fork lift. They were glad to help, but their lift was just about the same size as the one i had. We almost gave up. I almost had to call a rental place and fast....but we decided to go tandem on it and see if we can at least get the driver out of there. We lifted it up....he pulled out from under and we slowly lowered it. Once it was low enough we rolled it as close to the doors as possible and then set it down on 4 of my car dollies. One on each corner. PERFECTO! DONE! This is the biggest crate i ever received in person...it took us about 30 minutes to tear it apart. That was with 2 people. VERY well built 2 All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! Over 1,000,000 subscribers strong! meade916
If you are wondering why he used a flex conduit, it is because i told him i plan on moving that HUGE vacuum motor (for the table suction) to a spot perhaps UNDER the table (where it is hollow). For now, until i know how it's all going to work, i had him just put it off to the side. When i am ready to move it, i can easily relocate it because we used the flexible stuff. 1 All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! meade916
Moved my dust collector to the office roof so it can reach my table and all my other power tools on the other side of the wall with ease. I plan on hanging the hose from the top beam above it with something flexible like a bunji cord. No EXACTLY a bunji cord of course, but something flexible like that so it can hang and follow the router easily. That's tomorrow. oh, also, i gotta learn how to use this...damn! now the hard part 2 All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel!
