HDPE.

If your making speaker adapters to go 6by9 to 6.5 in vehicle doors sure hdpe.

If your glassing a door panel, kick panel, a-pillar etc your going to want to use mdf for a good bond since most resin will not bond to hdpe.

And I need a 6-8 8inch rings for the rf pro audio speakers and 4-6 for the pro audio tweeters!!

One of my reasons I bought a router lift is to bust out rings, but the multiple steps and bits needed makes it seem easier and cheaper to buy them :D

i think so!

That would be great. I have some ideas that would be alot easier to 3d model than they would be to just try and cut.

Hmmm, Now to get rings for my PRV's and do my doors proper... Good stuff...
