bmwking Posted February 9, 2016 Report Posted February 9, 2016 So in my slow search for equipment for my upcoming wall build I came across the AB VFL 450.1, and it made me wonder... I already have an AB ph4000md, and was thinking of just getting a second one to run the 2nd pair of subs. what would be the benefits of getting the vfl450 over the 2 ph4000s? I noted that required fusing is 100 amps higher for the vfl then for 2 ph4000s. does this mean the vfl is less efficient and requires more juice or what? thanks ahead of time

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

It'll rape i like the sound of that. now i've had a hell of a time trying to find a HO alt for my car, my factory is a 135amp i believe. could i feed the vfl with a battery bank and be ok?

C-Fizzy Posted February 14, 2016 Report Posted February 14, 2016 I had a 270 amp alt, a kinetic hc2000 up front and 2 xs xp3000's in the back for my vfl 500.1 and still had some voltage drop (probably 12.3 full tilt) so I don't recommend upgrading your amp until your electrical is up to par under construction I hate People with crappy primered cars rolling on hubcaps that are louder then me. u hate c-fizzy?
