Maybe they haven't updated their list of dealers on their site then.

I would say suplimental. I find that if I just have my door speakers in, it just doesn't sound right. You can tell sound is coming from by your feet. I want it to feel like your surrounded by the sound. So it's pretty much to have a surround sound effect.

will you be using an EQ? there are some EQ tricks that can help bring image up.

sometimes something as simple as changing phase can help.

I'd personally go with a set of these. https://www.madisoundspeakerstore.com/approx-4-woofers/scanspeak-discovery-12w/8524g-4.5-fiberglass-cone-woofer/

I find off the shelf car audio solutions to be way too harsh for dash installs, especially when reflecting off of glass. Just my 2 cents though.

Sweetness there!!

So you said it sounds like the sound is coming from your feet. Do you have tweets placed somewhere are those speakers you are using coaxial and thats all that is playing in the front?

I'll admit, half way through sanding that fiberglass in the rain and cold while I was all itchy I was definitely starting to question why i was doing this haha

good question a pair of good tweeters in the pillars or high in the door panel can raise the height of your imagining a lot or even just some tweetes in the dash location

it won't be perfect but will help a lot ..............

I still say go custom and build for a 4 tweet combo

Have you ever had your woofers blown?

I have infinity reference coaxials in the front doors. I also have some cheap shitty Walmart 4x6's in the dash because someone just gave them to me.

They help a lot, but they are just very shitty that they are pretty quiet and the sound quality is shit. They are also on hu power while the doors are on an amp, so they can't really compete with the doors. So I figured if I got some nice 4x6's or a mid bass driver in the dash and run both the doors and dash on an amp, that it would sound a lot better.

And as far as doing just tweets in the dash, I think that may be too harsh, but to be honest, I've only ever had coax speakers, never added just tweets before.

OP, many ways you can go here IMO. Depending on budget and skills. A good 4x6 replacement will help if crossed over for a mids & highs and let your doors take care of midbass. Even a 4" coax set in dash would sound good. I have personally used RF T142 coax and they sounded really good in dash location. Or you could fab up for components or buy something like the infinty's. Plenty of ways to get what you want just depends on budget. Cheep upgrade would be nice 4x6's on a amp and go from there.
