audiofanaticz Posted September 28, 2016 Author Report Posted September 28, 2016 I just figure out where I want them, and measure and start cutting. I tried multiple other techniques over the past that others have said and every time it would result in 1 of 2 ways. The kerf cracking in half no matter how thin you made the cut. or The kerf having flat spots between each cut once you bent it and it no longer looks rounded and looks jagged, so more relief cuts fixes this. The downfall to more cuts is a weaker kerf, but no matter what if your kerfing regardless of how many cuts you should be back filling the cuts in with fiberglass resin and cloth or chop to make it strong again.
