If you're running 2 15's it would be retarded to fire them back because you would basically be sealing the trunk off from the cabin. I'm not going to say that it can't work firing up, but so far every trunk setup that I've seen with the subs firing up was poop. Firing forward is your best option.

I would fire tham back.....unless the box completely seals off your trunk and then fire them forward other wise fire them back and port back or port through the rear deck.....nad I would listen to SPL2K and Rusty they know what they are talking about... :)

only way u want to fire forward is if ur box is sealed or if there wouldnt be enough airflow firing backwards (that case u should seal it anyway)

theres no such thing as too expensive when it comes to upgrades like that, because imo if you are gonna spend to upgrade then do it correctly rather then be a cheap ass ricer

I've done both in my old car with the same subs and amp. With the subs front firing and sealed off I did a 141.4 out of the trunk and with the subs firing to the rear I did a 144.2. The only real difference was that the 144.2 was with 2 12's and the 141.4 was with 2 10's. The woofer size isn't going to make a 3 db difference though, it was because I flipped the box to the rear and gained.
