Good luck bro, that looks like a tough project but I'm sure it will pay off!No calculus, just a box program (which technically would be doing all the math for you)Just get the internal volume after displacement and bracing using packing peanuts or other "liquid" or "flowable" medium that you can transfer to a known volume container (anything rectangular LxWxH) and voila you have the airspace...then just plug and play with the box/port calculator and build ur port accordingly.
