Like make sure the amp is secure, battery terminals are tight, fuse blocks look in perfect condition, sub box isnt moving around all connections are nice and tight and stuff like that. If so...then how often? I wanted to make this thread to see how many people actually do a "check up" on their system and how often they do it. What you look over when your checking it and how frequently. I check over all that i listed up and much more and i do it about 3-4 times a week. Its a good thing to do so you know if anythings loose, hazardous, or just need a quick tune or replacement. Lets see who else does this... ISO Posted July 25, 2008 Report Share Posted July 25, 2008 I'm always making changes to my setup, so I would say I'm constantly checking something at some point. I think I'm on my 5th install in the same vehicle getting ready to start the 6th install on it since March 2005. I'm constantly making changes to any of my installs in the quest for them to be better.Everytime I make a change everything gets tightened up and secured. The only thing I really need to check on usually are all electrical connections under the hood. Its the one place where I install and usually don't make constant changes and as I run an older vehicle I'm usually under the hood atleast once a month if you average it out so I would notice any issues for the most part.
