Wierdly enough, Ive often got a higher speed shown on speedtest.net than I can ever get while actually downloading stuff like torrents etc. (downloading multiple things to actually see where it caps.) Comcast seems to cap me right at 10 when actually downloading, but that isn't what speedtest shows.
