Just a quick update. My first book continues to sell VERY well! It was the number one seller in my publisher's catalog in January of this year and is currently the 2nd best selling title in their catalog in the Barnes & Noble stores. It is frequently in the top 10 on Amazon.com in the auto > repair category.

A big THANK YOU to those that have purchased a copy. And a SUPER BIG thank you to May03LT whose review of my book on Amazon.com has REALLY helped the cause! Remember, I'm always selling autographed copies for $28 each shipped and my PayPal address is [email protected]. I am presently waiting on more from my publisher though, sold out.

Book # 2 is well underway. I submitted my first chapter last month and it was approved. Stay tuned!

Thanks again! SMD Members ROCK!

Well, it's not really a car stereo book. Having said that, if you digest all of the content in it, you really shouldn't have any problem wiring up any car audio system.

exactly. it's lots of know-how stuff, and once you know how, you'll know how to do all kinds of stuff, not just audio related.

In what regards? I was twice certified by the M.E.C.P. in my mobile career (first time in '93). In addition, one of the guys most directly involved in the M.E.C.P. from the word go (Todd Ramsey) did a complete proof of the manuscript for technical accuracy before I submitted it to my publisher. Finally, the book is listed as a reference in the latest M.E.C.P. Basic Installation Technician Study Guide and many of my photos were reprinted in it.
