Watch the bass Posted October 5, 2011 Report Posted October 5, 2011 You don't even look the same. Good job, man. What did you do to drop the weight? Stop drinking beer and sweets, after 3 weeks i reduced size of meals and start to change my food to low fat and so on, than i did 9 month 900 calories a day with one cheatingmeal at sunday´s. Started swimming after a vew month for 5 times a week for one our, later gym to build a vew pound´s up. To all, don´t do this, is not very healthy to loose this much weight in this short time, i lost 90 Kg in 10 month. But it was my way and it worked, "in the abundance of water, the fool is thirsty" Bob Marley
OrionStang Posted October 5, 2011 Report Posted October 5, 2011 Yes, swimming is perfect exercise for bigger guys. It may not be healthy to lose it that fast, but you did what you had to do, being so heavy. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
nautical7 Posted October 5, 2011 Report Posted October 5, 2011 Any links to a good workout routine? Such as biceps/triceps one day. shoulders/chest the next, etc. Need some ideas for at home that I can do with just dumbbells, bench and push-up bar. Just curious on what I should do for strength.

And how many sets of reps should I do? I've currently been doing 3 sets of 8 reps with the last rep putting me almost at failure each time. I also have no way to do pull-ups either, unfortunately.
