Now once I have a few clear days, I can strip and re-roof the whole house. The plan is to hot-mop the deck and tile the whole thing In between the post will be the same rod-iron I used down the whole front of the property. Once the windows come in this week, I can call for a frame inspection and get going on the stucco insulation and then drywall. Once thats going, I'm just about done. Designing, building, and shipping boxes.
