im not sorry i did it i as n8ball said didnt even think about it, seen other raffles so i figured id join the craze.

no problem here i refunded everyone and am going about my day.

after looking at the laws its clearly illegal, just again i didnt even think about legalities and figured after seeing other raffles that i may well try it as well.
