(Finished) 15" DC Level 5 in a T-Line

Recommended Posts

Do you plan on using that router on the box? If you double layer the sub baffle I would round over the bottom face and the top face of the sub opening, along with the port walls and ever edge on the box, I know it doesnt sound like a whole lot, but it looks better, and helps with SMOOTH air flow. Less turbulence just an idea.

thanks for the comments guys, the blue port was just for shits and giggles cuz i had extra paint and it matched the trim pieces on the insides, i will be routering all the edges, double baffling if it is needed, and im gonna paint it. I wanted to get it in to see if it is worth doing all this stuff to the box and then have it sound like shit, but i was proven wrong :) so when it gets warmer ill take it out and do a bunch of cool shit to it

First thing should be proper 45's! Those are too small. That will really increase the boom!
