Cutting through real wood takes a whole lot more then MDF. All new blades and bits. Oh and the splinters, Good fuckin lord. I mean really. As you can see it's a little bigger. It's made out of 11 ply 3/4" birtch. I was going to Dovetail the whole thing but since there is no jig that I can use on such a big sheet of wood I would have to draw out and cut it out freehand. Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

Hell it took most of a day to cut 6 sheets of wood and to put the box together and just about a full day to router out the logo freehand. I'm lucky I got as far as I did. I hope to have the second coat of paint on the inside and to have the backplate for the logo done tonight. Designing, building, and shipping boxes.
