simple1
Have you seen the turbo kits that mount under the car my boy did his 05 vette and was very sick, might make your hummer feel like stock with all that weight. I dont know if they make them for the hummer but make it work shit. remote mount turbo...eliminates the need for an inter cooler or muffler...you can make them work on anything...only downside is all the piping
doug118
remote mount turbo...eliminates the need for an inter cooler or muffler...you can make them work on anything...only downside is all the piping am I going to have to moderate this thread for the guy? I really do wish I could have moderator status just for this thread to delete the shit that makes no sense. remote mount turbo systems DO NOT eliminate the need for an intercooler. where is the world do you people get this information from? if you're running less then 5psi then you won't need an intercooler but who turbos something and runs less then 5psi? 2001 Tahoe. chewie
you should still use a intercooler if your running 5 psi or less. the air going into your intake is still around 150 degrees or more even with a intercooler. 91 dodge colt gt.. 4 custom t600 15s audioque 3500d.1 tuned to 25 hz... stay tuned. blazer stroker 15 brutus bxi2006d terrible voltage drop 145.4@38HZ... sayhuh?
remote mount turbo...eliminates the need for an inter cooler or muffler...you can make them work on anything...only downside is all the piping lol. more than just the only downside...how about how some vehicles have you mounting the turbo behind the rear wheel? Back by your gas tank? As stated, an intercooler should always be with a turbo. Also, I wouldn't knock SC's either. I said it earlier, there are reason the big dawg dragster run SCs, but in this case and most day to day driving, turbo's are more efficient. If you want to be different, twin turbo that mofo! I'd love to hear the blow off valve on a Hummer. Blown

I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers. I was hoping for 150 .
