Fi Audio Ascendant Audio Elemental Designs DC Soundlab Audioque Digital Designs Incriminator Audio Sound Solutions Audio (SSA) Kicker PSI Sundown RE Audio SoundSplinter I am sure there are more, but check these out. You can find many different woofers for your application/price range.

But ya really there is not a Woofer or company out there that has earned "THE BEST" title. Soooo IDK. Usually you buy what you think is good and what suits your needs. You buy from a company that you like there ratings and how their products are constructed and built. You buy what you can afford and what you can handle. You know what i mean? Ya sure there are woofers that are better than some. Like DD,FI,DC,AQ are gunna be better than a wal-mart special. But they are not in the same catorgorie so it really doesn't even count. Pick a brand and model of sub that you like the ratings on and like what they offer. It's better to look a real long time then to spend a wad of money on some subs your not going to get there full potential out of and then be unhappy.
