JEMT8
Anyone have any suggestions on a monoblock amp that can do at least 1500 watts rms at 2 ohms or a 2-channel amp that can do about 800 watts rms per channel? The only one I could find that looked decent was the Rockford Fosgate t1500 bd constant power for monoblocks. I was told two channel amps aren't really good for subwoofers and its better to get a monoblock? Any suggestions besides "google" are welcome because I did The subs I am looking to power are 2 SA-12" s with Dual 2ohm coils. My budget is whatever the cost of the amp will be. I will have the big 3 done, I already have a yellowtop up front and a will have second battery in the back with a stock 90 amp alt. Autruche
on a lower budget I'd look at something like hifonics, power acoustik, audioque, and audiopipe. If you have a better budget I'd look at sundown, stetsom, and RF. I'm not much on mainstream amps though, so I don't know about kenwood or alpine and whatnot. Need Test Tones/Sine Waves? JEMT8
I would wire them to 1/2 an ohm and run the 1500D Is that amp safe to run .5 ohms daily? and how much power you think I would get out of it? formerly known as Jaylor Swift
