BanginOnABudget Posted September 2, 2010 Author Report Share Posted September 2, 2010 it still hasnt sunk in... i was about to do a massive build but now im going to use every cent i have to give my mother a proper casket and such.... i do odd jobs and installs if anyone in the mid-missouri area is interested, i could really use the money, like i said, nobody wants to hire me because i havent grabbed my GED get..... so i lose my father at 8 and my mother at 18. this is so un fucking fair. i almost punched her doctor when he told me there was no chance of her coming back, even tho i knew that was the case... i'm going to be selling my system, 2 ma audio 15"s in a tline tuned to 28 hz, pioneer HU, 2 sets of hand built crossover networks with peerless 6.5"s and goldwood malibu tweets, you can grab that for $600 if you want it, i need every cent i can get now. thanks for all the support guys, you guys are the closest thing i have ever had to brothers hahaha, and i barely know most of you. im taking out my passenger seat, battery is disconnected, going to unwire and take out the three amps, take out the 70+ lb box, then the platform so i can crimp 1 wire. Almost as bad as those fegs that put those horns in their grills and roll down the street distorting the block.... 1990 Jeep Cherokee 2 Dr. Big-3 in 0g on Stock Alt. My husband lost his mother and we were both there but she had had bypass surgery done not even a month before so we couldnt do CPR. I believe it would be better if yall were to stay with family, (even if you have to split up) you need to focus on school so that you can have better options for you down the road. Yall can both draw survivor benefits as long as you remain in school up to age 25. It would be better for you to go this route than to try and support your sister and run a house with the little options you have and her being taken by human services. Make sure you keep her identification card / drivers license and SS card and birth certificate. you may need that to apply for some benefits. Go back to school hun make your mama proud, she'll be watching over you and she knew you loved her she knew teens dont say it as often as they should. I can tell you that if you have the ability to create a paypal account or have one, please post it because I know that there are quite a few fellow SMDers that would be willing to help by donating... It may not amount to much and won't bring your mother back home... but... maybe if we can help is some way to at least ease the burden of your financial situation even a little, it will help... You were getting survivor benefits from when your father died correct?? and just an FYI cremation is cheaper. On the one hand it would have better had my mom passed peacefully, but on the other hand it did give us time to be with one another before she passed. I really miss her... If your mom was working it's possible that she had a life insurance policy. Talk with the grandparents, they might know a thing or two.
