OBI
Use gloves! Made the mistake of not wearing them the first time using Great Stuff. Got it all over my hands and it was not fun.

EclipseChris
Yeah keep it off your hair skin clothes carpet, ANYTHING you don't want it on don't let it touch it will NOT come off. mikeg321
I just got some on my door panel but once it dried it came off... i still have to trim and paint it but it is paintable but if doing it about your head WEAR A HAT lol i learned that the hard way... also not fun on the skin so gloves can be helpful X1000000 I got some in my hair too when I was filling some gaps in the roof of my stang. Boon
Assume that anything it goes on will not come off without some sort of mechanical removal (chisel, sanding... scissors if it's your hair) We got a bit on my friend's dash when doing some A-pillar pods, he'd just had the car groomed and the dash was still kinda oily from the polish and once the foam set it popped off real easy but I wouldn't count on it. If you get it somewhere bad then having a good scrub at it with a rag with a splash of solvent on it when it's really fresh might get it off but if it's on a hard surface you may be better off to let it dry then try to pop it off. Oh and don't get it on your clothes, it sticks like vomit on a wedding dress. Quote 10.x volts fo' life!
Jared420
Yeah its worth it to spend more time on prep to make sure you dont get it anywhere you dont want it, The brand Great stuff seems to be the best, I use it at work sometimes for various seals doing HVAC and i put a couple cans up in my roof and it cut WAY back on my roof flex. I took my time and was real careful not to get it anywhere, I did get it all over my hands but better that than my truck.
